Deerfield Families,
It was wonderful to see so many of you at school today! Many of you took the time this week to get online or come to school to register your students. For this we are very grateful.
Monday will bring another chance to come to our school building if you need help registering. We will have computer stations set up and paper copies of some optional forms such as free/reduced lunch applications available. In order to observe social distancing and prevent long wait times, please call ahead to schedule a time. Starting Monday, masks are required in public places throughout the state, including schools. Onsite registration will take place again on Monday, July 27, from 2 PM to 7 PM.
You can still register from home online throughout the weekend. Follow the directions we’ve provided in other messages. The link to our online registration page is provided below.
https://www.rc.k12.in.us/o/randolph-central-school-corporation/page/online-registration--148
Please complete the registration process by 10 PM, Monday, July 27 so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year.
Additionally, today I learned that some of you who have already registered may have viewed and printed a copy of last year’s supply lists. We apologize for this confusing mistake. We are currently working to update our supply lists for this year in response to recent changes. We will have those new lists posted on Tuesday, July 28. Thank you for being so patient and understanding as our teachers work to update those lists.
Have a great weekend!
Mrs. Kile
Randolph Central's Reopening Plan can be accessed via the link at the bottom of this message. Because of the Governor's Executive Order requiring face coverings we have added a new section on wearing masks so that families have clear direction. Thank you for your patience in these difficult times. We are looking forward to seeing our students and staff soon. Enjoy the last couple weeks of summer break!

Randolph Central Families,
Over 600 of you have already enrolled online. Today is the first opportunity for you to come to our school buildings if you need assistance. You can register all of your students from one location. We have computer stations set up at all of our schools. For social distancing and to prevent large numbers from showing up at the same time please call ahead to schedule a time. Onsite registration is:
Friday, July 24 from 9 AM to 2 PM
Monday, July 27 from 2 PM to 7 PM
You can still register from home online. If you have not received an email or a letter with the “snapcodes” you need to register your child(ren), please call your child’s school.
Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page.
Parents of new students just go to the ONLINE REGISTRATION page and click the “Enroll New Student Link.”
Parents coming to the school to register are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. If you require 1-on-1 help, while registering at the school, a mask will be required for you and for the staff member helping you register because of the proximity to each other.
We request that only one parent enter the school to register if possible. Your students do not need to be present for you to register them.
Please complete the registration process by 10 PM, Monday, July 27 so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year.
Thank you!

Parents of returning students that have NOT set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account will receive a letter in the mail with the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s). The letter is being mailed to you on July 20, 2020.
If you do not receive an email or a letter by the end of the day Wednesday, July 22nd, call your child’s school. The secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register your student(s).
Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page. You are ready to begin registering your child from home.

If your family has a child in 5th grade who will be going to Driver Middle School next year for 6th grade, check out this video! Our friends at Driver have put this together for you since we didn’t get to have Buddy Day. You’ll find this and more information in your 5th grade child’s email. Look for messages from the school counselor, Sadie Wright. Also, remember to respond to the message about choosing your music class. Thank you to our friends at Driver for putting this together and helping us be ready for 6th grade!
