October is National Fire Prevention Month. It is a time for us to all have a reminder about fire safety and ways we can prevent fires. Today, Deerfield welcomed the Ward Township Fire Department. We're grateful for the lessons they shared with us about fire safety. All students will also be bringing home a kit of safety materials including a smoke alarm. Parents, be sure to ask your children to tell you about what they learned!
