Touch The Truck Event

Reminder! Tomorrow is spring picture day at Deerfield. If you'd like to place an order, you can use the order form we sent home with your child, or you can order online by visiting www.crabtreephotos.com.

Deerfield Families,
This is a friendly reminder that there is no school on Monday, January 15th. This was a built-in weather make-up day we have not needed to use. We'll see kids back at school on Tuesday. Also, as we are in the middle of winter weather season, we thought it might be helpful to send out this reminder with details on eLearning days. You can find this on our school webpage. https://core-docs.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/801/Deerfield_Elementary_School/2625322/RC_Elementary_eLearning_Plan_23-24.pdf
Have a great weekend!

Deerfield students and staff are invited to help us spread some cheer before the new year! As always, participation is completely optional, and outfit choices cannot interfere with the ability to learn and participate in normal school activities (i.e. PE class, recess, restroom breaks, etc.) Please reach out to the office or your child’s teacher if you have any questions.

We were so happy to visit with our friends from the Ward Township Fire Department today at Deerfield. Our students enjoyed the opportunity to visit with the firefighters and learn important lessons on fire prevention and safety. Let this be your annual reminder to check your smoke detectors and remind your kids where your family would meet outside in the event of a house fire. Hopefully your children can tell you even more about what they learned today!

If you are a Randolph County family with children under the age of 5 your input is needed! Please share what would be most impactful for you to have access to while nurturing your child's curiosity to learn! Complete this anonymous 3-question survey, by October 20th.

Randolph Central Parents,
I hope your family had a restful summer break. Much has happened over the summer in preparation for this school year including several facility projects. We have a full staff and are excited about seeing your child(ren) tomorrow (8/9). Every Wednesday, including the first day of school, is an early release day. Usually, this is for professional development time, but on the first day of school this time is used to help students learn the process of getting to the correct bus and it allows for more time as some of the bus routes have been reorganized. Please click the link below to see the Wednesday early release schedule as well as the other schedules..
