
The WILLARD MUM SALE has one week remaining!
Willard Elementary School is selling MUMS this school year to raise money for expenses. Below is a link to an order form that you can use if you'd like to purchase mums.
This order form is for those who do not have or do not know a Willard student from whom to order mums. If you have or know a Willard student, please place your order through the student.
A few things...
*Mums are $8 each and come in large 9" pots.
*Money is due to the school office by September 9th for your order to be placed. If money is not received by this date, your order will be deleted unless other arrangements have been made.
*Please make checks payable to "Willard Elementary School".
*Orders should be picked up on Saturday, September 19th from 10-12 in the back parking lot at Willard.
*Colors on the online order form are a representation of what colors may look like. Colors may vary slightly upon delivery.

FALL PICTURE DAY will be tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26th. Picture order forms were sent home last week. You may pay by bringing money in the sealed envelope on picture day or by following the below steps provided to us by Crabtree Photography:

-Click on your cart, and complete the check-out process.
-During check-out, enter your students first, last name and grade. This is how we will match the photo to your order.
-You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not, please call the Crabtree Photography office (765) 747-6971 to check the status of your order.
-There's no need to bring any paperwork with you on photo day! When you receive the email confirmation, we have received your order! Online ordering is OPEN NOW, and will be until 48 hours after photo day! After the 48 hours, your order may be subject to a $15 lab fee.

Your student's fees are now available to pay online. Please log into your PowerSchool account and click the blue eFunds link on the Balance page. You will have to create an account. You will need your student's 4 digit number which is located at the top of your dashboard in Powerschool. You may also access eFunds from the school website. Please remember to pay your chromebook insurance fees!

Willard Elementary School will again be partnering with Second Harvest to provide a school FOOD PANTRY during the 2020-2021 school year. As we have done since the onset of the pandemic, the pantry will be "Grab and Go" style from our back parking lot from 3:30-5 on the scheduled dates. The pantry is FREE and is open to all Willard students and their families.


Willard's August Breakfast/Lunch Menu is attached. Please note that students will not have multiple options this school year.


Randolph Central is hiring two teachers for the virtual classroom. One for primary grades and one for intermediate grades.

Randolph Central is seeking quality individuals that love working with kids to serve a substitute teachers.


Good evening!
Online registration is still open for Randolph Central families! You should have received an email or a letter with the “snapcodes'' you need to register your child(ren). If you have not, please call your child’s school on Monday, the secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register.
Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page.
Parents of new students and kIndergarteners just go to the ONLINE REGISTRATION page and click the “Enroll New Student Link.”
On Monday, July 27 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM all our schools will be open if you need assistance. You will not need to visit multiple schools. You can register all of your students from one location. For social distancing and to prevent large numbers from showing up at the same time please call ahead to schedule a time.
If you are coming to the school to register, pursuant to the Governor’s Order, please wear a mask.
We request that only one parent enter the school to register if possible. Your students do not need to be present for you to register them.
Please complete the registration process by 10:00 PM, Monday, July 27th so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year.

Because of the Governor's Executive Order requiring face coverings we have added a new section on wearing masks so that families have clear direction. Over 600 of you have already enrolled online. Today is the first opportunity for you to come to our school buildings if you need assistance. You can register all of your students from one location. We have computer stations set up at all of our schools. For social distancing and to prevent large numbers from showing up at the same time please call ahead to schedule a time. Friday, July 24 from 9 AM to 2 PM
Monday, July 27 from 2 PM to 7 PM
