Reminder: If you still need to pay your child's $15 Chromebook insurance, you can send it to school with your child. Students in grades 1-5 will start bringing Chromebooks home this week depending on the grade level. Kindergarten students will take a few extra days to learn how to take care of their Chromebooks and use them at home. They will be bringing theirs home next week. Thank you for getting back into the routine of charging Chromebooks at home and returning the charged device back to school. Keep your charger at home. If you have any questions, you can call our office.

Good evening! Online registration is still open for Randolph Central families! You should have received an email or a letter with the “snapcodes'' you need to register your child(ren). If you have not, please call your child’s school on Monday, the secretary has the “snapcodes” you need to register. Once you have the “snapcodes,” go to any of our school websites and click on MENU at the top of the page and then choose ONLINE REGISTRATION to navigate to our online registration page. Parents of new students and kIndergarteners just go to the ONLINE REGISTRATION page and click the “Enroll New Student Link.” On Monday, July 27 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM all our schools will be open if you need assistance. You will not need to visit multiple schools. You can register all of your students from one location. For social distancing and to prevent large numbers from showing up at the same time please call ahead to schedule a time. If you are coming to the school to register, pursuant to the Governor’s Order, please wear a mask. We request that only one parent enter the school to register if possible. Your students do not need to be present for you to register them. Please complete the registration process by 10:00 PM, Monday, July 27th so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year. Thank you!

Deerfield Families, It was wonderful to see so many of you at school today! Many of you took the time this week to get online or come to school to register your students. For this we are very grateful. Monday will bring another chance to come to our school building if you need help registering. We will have computer stations set up and paper copies of some optional forms such as free/reduced lunch applications available. In order to observe social distancing and prevent long wait times, please call ahead to schedule a time. Starting Monday, masks are required in public places throughout the state, including schools. Onsite registration will take place again on Monday, July 27, from 2 PM to 7 PM. You can still register from home online throughout the weekend. Follow the directions we’ve provided in other messages. The link to our online registration page is provided below. https://www.rc.k12.in.us/o/randolph-central-school-corporation/page/online-registration--148 Please complete the registration process by 10 PM, Monday, July 27 so that we have all the information we need to make the decisions necessary to start the school year. Additionally, today I learned that some of you who have already registered may have viewed and printed a copy of last year’s supply lists. We apologize for this confusing mistake. We are currently working to update our supply lists for this year in response to recent changes. We will have those new lists posted on Tuesday, July 28. Thank you for being so patient and understanding as our teachers work to update those lists. Have a great weekend! Mrs. Kile

Randolph Central's Reopening Plan can be accessed via the link at the bottom of this message. Because of the Governor's Executive Order requiring face coverings we have added a new section on wearing masks so that families have clear direction. Thank you for your patience in these difficult times. We are looking forward to seeing our students and staff soon. Enjoy the last couple weeks of summer break! https://5il.co/ia0v

Our June Food Pantry will take place this afternoon from 3:30 to 4:30 or until the food runs out. We will again run this as a curbside pick-up in front of the school. Just look for the Second Harvest van as you pull in the drive.
