The Randolph Central School Corporation is working closely with local public health officials to plan and prepare for the possibility of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) within our school community. All students will be bringing home a copy of this letter today. Thank you for taking a few minutes to read and learn more as we all work to control the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses.

Randolph Central School Corporation will be utilizing online enrollment for the upcoming school year. Parents and guardians of currently enrolled students will need to have an account set up prior to the end of this school year to be able to access the PowerSchool Unified Classroom portal. Many families have already set up access to the grade portal. If you have not, please contact our school office for the instructions and access codes for your children. It is critical that these accounts are set up before the end of this school year so we can open registration in July. Thank you for your cooperation with this conversion. It is our hope that this will streamline the registration process for families.

Randolph Central will have an eLearning day today, Thursday, February 13, 2020, due to the winter weather. Also, we want to remind parents that tomorrow is a planned eLearning day for students as we have professional development for all school staff. All students should access their instruction online with their Chromebooks. eLearning days are school days and attendance is counted for your child when he or she submits an assignment. If you do not have Internet access at home, and travel to a site with Internet access is not possible, your child will have three school days to turn in all eLearning assignments. Lessons should be available for students by 9 AM today. Students are encouraged to work on their assignments during school hours so that teachers are available to assist them. If you have additional questions, you can submit a question online to your child's teacher using Google Classroom or email. There will still be no school on Monday (Presidents' Day). We will look forward to seeing students back at school on Tuesday, February 18th!
